The Greek Village is a trading name of CPGT Catering Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16717136. Registered office: 228 Middlewood Road, Sheffield, S6 1TE. Ordering
- Online orders are for collection from The Greek Village, 344 Abbeydale Rd, Nether Edge, Sheffield S7 1FP. We don’t deliver.
- You can order while we’re open, or before we open on the same day. Collection times are our best estimate and can slip a little when we’re busy.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT. You pay when you place your order.
- Your order is confirmed when you see your order number. Show it at the counter when you collect.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, sesame and other allergens, and we can’t guarantee any dish is free from them. If you have an allergy, please call us on 0114 453 4186 before you order.
Changing or cancelling an order
- Call us on 0114 453 4186 as soon as possible. If we haven’t started cooking, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
- Once your food has been made we usually can’t refund it, but we’ll always try to help.
- If we can’t make your order (for example, a dish has sold out), we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
- Please collect at your chosen time. We can’t refund orders that aren’t collected.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
