Who we are
The Greek Village is a trading name of CPGT Catering Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16717136. Registered office: 228 Middlewood Road, Sheffield, S6 1TE. What we collect when you order
- Your name and phone number, so we can make your order and call you if there’s a problem with it.
- Your email address, if you give it, so the payment company can send your receipt.
- What you ordered, any notes for the kitchen, your collection time and how you paid.
We use this to take, prepare and hand over your order. That’s the legal basis: we need it to do what you asked us to do.
Payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
Who else sees your details
- Stripe, to take your payment and send any receipt.
- Telegram, which we use to alert our own staff to new orders. The alert includes your name, phone number and order.
- The company that hosts this website, which stores our order records.
We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years, because UK tax rules require businesses to keep their sales records. After that they’re deleted.
Cookies and your browser
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your basket and contact details on your own device, so they’re there if you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Some parts of the page come from other companies and are covered by their own policies: the map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies; reviews come from Google; and Instagram posts are shown through Instagram and Behold.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Call us on 0114 453 4186 or email papachristina911@gmail.com. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
